Application Process
Our people are our most important resource
and candidates should be prepared for a rigorous recruiting process.
The process is designed to ensure not only that the candidate is right for Ninah Consulting, but that Ninah Consulting is the right environment for you in which to grow and develop.
First round interviews are usually conducted on the telephone or on campus with one or more of our associates. If we feel there is a potential fit candidates will be invited to one of the Ninah offices for more extensive interviews.
The office interviews will be conducted by staff at different levels in the firm, and are designed to better understand your skills and experience and determine whether there is a fit with the firm. In addition to the fit interviews we will also conduct case interviews and quantitative skills testing.
Based on the outcome of these the candidate may progress to a final round of interviews with senior members of the firm, and a potential offer to join.
